Capa Reshade with TFAA + quint motion vectors + HDR (fakehdr.fx). Grass shadows on and at Ultra in SSS. I wanna say my gamma is at .8 or .9, saturation at 1.3, and brightness at 1.1. I'll post more when I get home later.

Hard to beat TFAA + DRME/motion vectors for that. I'm using MXAO too since that's how the Capa Reshade handled grass shadows before and now grass just looks too bright to me if I turn it off, so I just take the huge performance hit lol

And tweak your sharpness with either FXAA in Glamarye or SMAA
Go into Reshade settings
You can add a path for shaders there
Add NGShade or something like that then reload Reshade with the reload button down
I was messing with that last night but I couldn't get it how I wanted it so I just gave up. I'll probably mess with it more later or just wait until Capa releases a new reshade that drops the MXAO for better SSS settings.

If I was more knowledgeable about what settings did what I would agree but I've been playing this game for over a year and I feel like I'm only just now getting a grasp on what is really helping the game look better. Sometimes I just want to click on a preset and not have to think about it.
That's why there are people making presets that's for sure, I can understand that, to be fair there are many factors, but more importantly it's a matter of how you perceive things, what is good looking for you basically

🤷♂️ Its baked into atmospherics so... you'd have to create your own luts to change them or disable LUTs within SSS and then use reshade to apply your own blanket one
Its basically like a colour correction filter. With Atmospherics, Hippo has created an individual colour correction filter for each map in the game VS what we had before which was 1 LUT that was applied to everything. Im probably wrong though as i dont know anything 😄

Everything just looks... washed out. There seems to be no depth / contrast to the image anymore. Its personal taste though... i liked it with the autumn colours when everything had more of a brown feel to it. Now with the new Luts... its trying to force more natural colours onto the image and the end result is... meh.

im not saying its bad... its just... eh hard to say. Its not to my personal tastes and i am trying to tweak what i can to get back to how the game use to look. If i could disable LUTS, take your new weather settings and apply them to the older version of atmospherics, that would be perfect 😄

Because you could bake in your color grading into a lut and do any extra stuff in reshade thus saving your users on performance
On a fresh install of anomaly with and without reshade. Using Capa's as a base and tweaked a few things. I know mine is dark and miserable but thats how i like it 😄

you can achieve this look in the latest atmos by just tweaking the preset itself, if it changed or smth. all presets will have to adapt themselves, but with change comes good things

Using recoloring shaders to turn Spring trees to Summer to Autumn then more deadlike Autumn as you progress in the Zone, we can already mix Aydin's grass per season all around the Zone but the trees we can't
And now we can also have a "lush to dead" type zone by simply using Aydin Spring textures and making a suite that has lush luts for the south, and dead-like luts for the north

So far the only issue I have is a shift in green color, meaning Freedom camo is dull, loner like, and fruit punch anomalies give a pinkish light
It would help you all out if you subbed to martymcfly for a month so you can grab regrade ultimate
so you can color grade like a pro
Its performance heavy but you just use it to colorgrade then just bake it into a lut

based individualist take. i just think that having a 4kg rifle upside your head held parallel to your eyes isnt exactly realistic while youre jogging through the wildness. ive always felt like the "weapon up" position is more of a hipfire than actually aiming which it kinda can seem like with some default positions. i like it when blind firing feels, well, blind.

If you mean the fact that it's too centered, and it should be more to the right, as in, anchoring to the hip, yes, that is right, but this is just personal preference, no need to gatekeep a reposition...
