Flea Market, in Garbage. Walk around the back of it, you'll see a set of stairs going down. It's emission proof, and the NPCs completely ignore it unless they're actively chasing you. It's my go-to spot for a southern hideout.

Comes pre-installed with Gamma along with lots of presets
