Are you using latest version of GAMMA? I can't seem to make game work on DX8, it always crashes when trying to traverse cordon to garbage with shader compilation error. I tried million things and nothing, even deleting and disabling everything shader related, it works in DX11 but not DX8. Didn't had problems when running old install.

I do lose about 30ish fps but still above 100 with settings maxed out so still pretty good

grass probably added to it as I copied ur grass settings

just need a 4k monitor instead of 1440p and would be even better
