It is true that I uninstalled the ReShade that comes with the GAMMA because it seemed to me that there was not much change. you could try few reshade presets by pressing home in game, but other than that u could install some other graphical mods potentially (I don't know much about it), but from what I can tell how the game looks highly depends on the time and weather and generally speaking you can't do some huge changes

Probably a dumb question but here goes: when executing the command to load the configuration that you have provided us (benis.ltx), what it does is overwrite those new values with the values that we have in our own file? or do we have to do it every time we run the game? I ask because, if it only works as temporary configuration and we want it permanently, we could modify those values in our own .ltx right?

I just unticked GAMMA No Masks Textures in the Gamma Fixes section MO2, and it creates dynamic mask textures based on the type of mask you're wearing. Be warned, some of them suck and interfere with the body health hud in the corner

Hey. Trying to make good screenshots, using vanilla GAMMA 0.9. The game is so dark even at noon, do you guys have a tip to share about how to increase ambient lighting ? It feels like the sun is a low energy bulb or something.

I'm not on 0.9 yet but this has been a consistent issue in all the Stalker games. What I did is to go into [MCM settings --> Dynamic Tonemap] and increase* the minimum and maximum values of the lumscale_ambient sliders. Or something similar, idk their name exactly but it's close to that. This value iirc sets the brightness of basically everything that isn't the sky

I'd set the values 0.5 or 1 above the default ones and see how the game looks. Be sure not to set them too high as then it will look pretty bad
