What came out was a grenade launcher that was intended to have set variable airburst range thay sounds very good on paper

In practice? Its bad

Lets see, not destructive enough to be practical, each round shot is basically shooting a small macbook thats how expensive it is, the round failed to detonate sometimes and reliability issue with the range lock system

The US military came to hate it then complete remove it just to go back to M32 during testing
