On a very rare serious moment, I'm 100% sure the current NPC ai would be fine if they didn't just spawn out of thin air. I've had a couple of emergent gameplay altering my experience a bit in stalker 2, i.e. there is a point where 3 boars spawn if you get a TOZ, but there was some loners camping there. So I got the boars to "spawn" and the loners fought them off while I just ran away. It's just that they fucking spawn out of thin air.

The difficulty of GAMMA is mostly auto imposed, you can pretty much just start in Rostok, just do all the fetch quest and you'll be set for life, rest is RNG for a decent armor, because you'll eventually drop an AK-105 to turn into a Shakal.

honestly this sounds like 90% of my GAMMA playthroughs. Loving stalker 2 i think what keeps me coming back to gamma still is the freedom. I like the sandbox feel of doing whaterver you want, building a bse. and living in the zone. With that comes the little things i love like sleeping eating drinking and specific med use. those things alone if i could get them into stalker 2 i think id like it more.
