In fact I recently, upon getting to yaniv, well, you get shitloads of new gear there... so now I have way too many guns to run. My integral is almost complete, my Mac-10 is fully upgraded besides the blueprint parts, now I have a Dnipro, kharod, saiga

I personally prefer the Kharod over the Dnipro. Dnipro hits harder per shot but the Kharod can become a laser beam with upgrades to reduce recoil and spread.

It'll basically never run out of ammo considering how common that cartridge is, as long as you aren't mag-dumping

And yeah, you can upgrade the Dnipro to use 7.62 and get more damage, but at the same time, enemies, ammo boxes, and stashes rarely have that, so you have to buy almost all your ammo.

I mean if you think about it then it would make sense that the zone twisted the paths to lead stalkers to places that were actually placed geographically somewhere else without them noticing.
After Shadow of Chernobyl/Call of Pripyat (they take place in 2012) as time passed the spatial anomalies slowly ceased to exist causing the zone to become more open ended and reveal places in between that were never accessed before, while also revealing the true layout of the zone lol.

Each value only protects what they are equipped. So if you get hit in the head, you get the helmet value. If you get hit in the body anywhere it takes the armor value of the body piece.

All in one pieces like the Corundum which are both a helmet AND Body piece share values across everything. So if you get hit in the head vs torso its the same value of protection (I believe)

I'd personally go for it. There's very little difference in performance between the 5.56 and 5.45 in Stalker 2, but 5.45 is much more common.

I used to have this problem, and then I upgraded my computer and reinstalled Windows and now it’s gone. You probably won’t do all that but maybe check if it’s got something to do with your Windows sound settings ? Sometimes having their surround for headphones thing on can actually destroy the mixing of sound in game

🙏 That's sort of what I suspected, 5.45 seems much more common throughout most of the game even up to late game.
