New Arc GL is just a much worse exp GL, basically a glorified stun grenade launcher with some arc damage. Much slower reloads, less ammo in chamber and backup, higher chance of friendly fire, much lower damage and can't blow up enemy structures. A warrior can survive a direct hit.

If you compare it to the Verdict, it looks even worse

Cause I would still use it over the Peacemaker due to the better armor penetration itself, but I wouldn't use it over the Verdict because Verdict is just stronger
