the standard chaff IS a bit too easy to kill, atleast vs automatons. You rarely get any decent firefights from fighting them, it's only the big guys that tend to provide that, so my hope is that they buff the chaff and nerf the big guys some more. Try to make the AI use more of a combined arms tactics and not just have the chaff die while the big guys are the only threat

More stagger and stun effects around would solve the big ones, I feel.

Devastators provide the "sticking" power, for the bots, that give you the trading back and forth firefights

eh, I kind of want more a fire fight honestly. And more of that feeling of a "monstrous, unstopable foe" where you can rip off limbs but they just keep on coming

where you can rip of most of the Arachnid libs and they are still like... 80% combat effetive

so you're trading back and forth with the devs, and the little dudes are a threat if you ignore, but a distraction if you focus them

atm it's rare a mission is that hard unless there's a massive skew

dealling with the balanced stuff is fine, cause you should have a balanced party loadout

and that means folks just work on the things they're kitted to deal with.

But when you've got a balanced party and for example, it's vs bots and it's whoops, all hullks

or whoops, all striders,

then life becomes pain.

just AI improvements, and spawn adjustments to give us an unending tide of suffering

I don't want to go to a difficulty 9 and have little to do cause I'm specced with my eruptor, stalwart and pistol. And RNjesus has said "Today, we have only chargers on the menu"

so I just waddle along being an action monkey for mission objectives.

I wish to turn up to a difficulty 9 and scream, cause there's so many things I need to kill and so many things that I can't deal with that I need the guy with the RR to deal with, or an auto to deal with, or please more fire.
