If you want to adjust certain animations or disable them, follow this:

When in the main menu, open Mod Configuration Menu and find FDDA Redone.
There you will find various tabs with different animation settings that you can edit or disable.

If your camera moves when disassembling items, skinning mutants or equipping suits you most likely have Item Usage Animations enabled in Settings > Visual > Player

Delete:

If you want to keep Beef's NVG mod and have it working without the need for SSAO (otherwise nightvision is dark and doesn't work proper)
For this you don't enable No BNVG FDDA Redone Patch btw, instead do this:

Reinstall: (Right click mod > reinstall mod in mo2)
Beef's NVG to include Beefs NVG and Beefs NVG ES no SSR modules
Enhanced Shaders to include No PBR, Fixed Bloom and Corrected Cubemaps

Optional settings tinkering to get even more fps:

World Render Distance to 25%
SMAA to LOW (helps to remove jagged edges a bit)

If you want to optimize Screen Space Shaders:

MCM > SSS Settings:
Post-Process > Bloom - OFF (turn all sliders to the left other than threshold)
Shadows Cascades - Each grass shadows setting to LOW or OFF
Shadows and Light - Force Volumetric OFF, Volumetric Intensity to 0, Volumetric Quality to VERY LOW
SSR - OFF (turn all sliders to the left)
SSS - Low Quality for Directional and Omni Lights

Optional fps boosts but with a visible graphical downgrade:

An ongoing bug causes some stashes to spawn on random objects, anomalies or NPC's, resulting in the loss of any items they might've held.

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations
2. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map
3. Select Set Waypoint
4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
5. Select Waypoint Settings
6. Enable Show waypoints marker on HUD
7. Press OK
8. The on-screen waypoint will point towards the stash

you only get tools in order and afaik loot is predetermined once generated (stash appears), so if you get yellow one next playthru, loot it first if you havent gotten basic tools yet, or all of them will be basic

stealth in combat is kinda a non-existent thing, the experimental stealth kills mechanic sorta allows for it to exist but then it can also be super broken like the warning listed on it says

i personally keep it off and just use my knowledge of:
stealth exists outside of combat, the moment you shoot at enemies they'll know from where you shot however you can always try changing position immediately so they can't track you down

sound is just another tell much like vision on player, detection ranges for most firearms are like 50-75m, with exceptions of some subsonic guns which have a 20-25m detect range
but again... if you start hitting stuff or shooting around NPCs they'll be alert, so suppressor more or less helps with the ambient sound rather than in combat

hear sound > go investigate
if see player then turn combat, else remain alert until cooldown

An ongoing bug causes some stashes to spawn on random objects, anomalies or NPC's, resulting in the loss of any items they might've held.

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations
2. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map
3. Select Set Waypoint
4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
5. Select Waypoint Settings
6. Enable Show waypoints marker on HUD
7. Press OK
8. The on-screen waypoint will point towards the stash

This really is my one hang up. In terms of balance and design so much of this system would be fixed if we just got 3 slots and 3 weapon categories - small, med, large. That way we always have a 3 weapon loadout, which feels good, and can mix and match far easier while still giving a niche for hand guns as the small slot.
