Vykhlop is just terrible. Extremely low rpm, terrible bullet speed and high drop makes it hard to hit, terrible damage falloff over range, not even enough damage to oneshot torso makes it basically worse in every way than the svu

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations

4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
