so a couple things. if you turn in Badges to Stalkers for quest, you will get an Artifact. if you turn in Badges to Faction Leaders for quest, you will get money. when you turn in an Artifact for a quest, you get way more money the higher the % quality of the artifact

It would appear that whenever I take damage (I think this is the trigger), the 'location' of my headlamp gets locked in place... so, I can walk away, and the headlamp still works, only no longer tethered to my head. It'll rotate with me and all that, Reloading the save seems to reset this, but then it just happens again.

So you want the NPCs to not see you through foliage anymore? Well, you're in luck.
They don't see you through bushes already.
There are now THREE ways to further circumvent the issue:

• You can learn how to properly position yourself, how to flank enemies or retreat so they lose track of you. Fight enemies dynamically and outsmart the AI, don't sit in a bush or walk into one thinking they will forget you. Get better at the game. Enemies react to to sound and hear bushes rustling. HP ammo stops at 5.45 and 5.56. the 7.62x51 nato rounds do not have an HP round. there are plenty of 5.45 and 5.56 weapons that can use a grenade launcher. there is only ONE 7.62x51 weapon that can use the EOTS and Grenade Launcher (the FN Scar H). You might also like the 9x39 weapon called the RD-939. it can use a grenade launcher but is incredibly rare

generally you can carry a separate weapon to deal HP damage like a .45 SMG, pistol/1h smg, or shotgun. you can always carry extra weapons in your inventory

You're probably just in a psy anomaly.

this sounds like you are running into some kind of psy field. the psyhelmet doesnt reduce psy damage taken.

just walk away from that area. if it's blocking a level entrance/exit you can try removing it as per below.

When a Dynamic Anomaly is blocking a level, a spawned-mission-object etc. you can delete them like so: ESC > MCM > DAO > (bottom of menu) Delete dynamic anomalies

There's Radar and like two others I can't remember the name of.

I think the one you were in was the same one in the Scar Anomaly and around the downed helicopter in the Army Warehouses.

How do I put it in a lead container? I didn't get one from Fanatic, unless i'm blind.

there is a Lead Container you can get from Eidolon, one of the final bosses of the first questline, other than that - containers have been removed from the game, enjoy fanatic following you everywhere

An ongoing bug causes some stashes to spawn on random objects, anomalies or NPC's, resulting in the loss of any items they might've held.

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations
2. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map
3. Select Set Waypoint
4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
5. Select Waypoint Settings
6. Enable Show waypoints marker on HUD
7. Press OK
8. The on-screen waypoint will point towards the stash
