Any Russian radio chatter voicelines yet?
no but i have some real russian radio chatter turns out they use open radio channels so literally anyone in the world can listen in lol i just need to cutthem and name them
ah well anyway
most of these are from real life VKS comms except a few from the war thunder test flight map comms
also included breathing sounds since a chatter has some part where the pilot was breathing heavily(high G)

both if posible but mostly cinematic camera
Sonic boom is currently bugged im working on that but i dont think anyone has tested the flyby sound unless its bound to thrust?

I have flown close to other fighter jets and I have never heard an audio

But nothing happens when other jets around you are going supersonic
there is the audio that plays with the cinematic camera (happens only above a certain speed)
There is the audio that plays inside the cockpit when going supersonic
And like you said, there is a rattle too
But there is no audio that plays when other jets that are going supersonic pass by you, afaict
So which audio is the bugged one?
there is/was a new .33 bug with sonic booms
GAS might be having issues playing the sonic boom audio because of it
not sure if it got totally fixed in vanilla
we are 100% supposed to get sonic booms when other craft pass by us while moving supersonic, but it has been having issues
i came back to this game again and i have seen tons of new mods, im more interested for this mod instead but i dont know how to install this mod, mind if someone can guide me?
Hey you can either manually install
This or you can use NOMM and that will install it for you there is some packs in the mega but if you want to make your own the folder comes with a tutorial for adding your own sounds
i did figure out myself, what if i want to add more but it isnt on your word.docx file for the name file required?
All the file names can be found with assertion of the docx I believe
hey, @quick hamlet quick question.I know that: missiles/AAM-29 Scythe replace inflight and launch sounds of scythe but what exactly bombs/pab-125/bomb_125 replace?

different between "alarm" and "alert" ?
im still confused between when when i replace the sound
alert plays when the missile is first launched alarm is when its tracking
so alert most likely can be heard when near from the target launch?
So when your warning receiver picks up a missile like the first time it appears on the hud it plays a rapid tone then transitions to regular tracking audio
i never notice that tbh, no i mean.. maybe i keep forgeting when it happen
how did u manage to find the format name for bomb though
In assetstudio there's only 4 default audio files with "nuke" in the name. Like NukeWave, WaterNuke or something i don't remember how exactly they're named.
cant find any audio category in assetstudio for me
You must be doing something wrong maybe. Make sure you select "open folder" not "open file" and open " NuclearOption_Data folder
You should find audio files in Assets List
i did open folder and hit Data

Yes, it's taking a little more time than i was hoping. I'm planning replace all sounds with more realistic sounds in my taste.

im still trying to convert bank to wav from the War Thunder mod just to get the spesific RWR, kinda hard to find in internet

You can search war thunder sound mods and you can download bank files from those then open those bank files with audio files with FMOD bank tool
I collected 30Gb 70k audio file library that way from different sources
Not all sounds useful tho. Some of them cut off early and designed to be processed by game engine to make at specific triggers. But there's good 90% of sounds ready to be used and mixed

yeah, it does.. im trying to find Russian RWR(already have) and IR tune, i couldnt manage to find it, u can send yours for RWR or other sounds
i only have these 3 aim-9 tones, but if you need rwr beeps i have plenty of those, of a lot of different aircraft

There's no trigger for that. You'll have to replace wind turbulence sound

Windnoise_hard_interior is the one you want to replace with heavy breathing G strain
Other two for wind in 3 person spectator view i believe
You would do kill_sound_effect_1_2
Adding _1 _2 _3 _4 etc will mean GAS will randomly pick one of those sounds for the right moment

i wish u could seperate ground and air, i did want to add voices from Ace Combat as enemy being shot at, but when i got killstreaks they're spamming a lot, i've got to use first wav as an excuse (or maybe "delay" setting? was it there already?)
This may be what your after it works with GAS adds voice packs that react to kills and firing missiles etc

Radio chatter? There’s a folder for it in the mega at the top it randomly plays radio chatter it just makes the game more immersive so it sounds like there is actual comms
And it's awesome, combined with Yappinator. For the delay, you can setup in the config menu, with a min and max delay.
yappinator was a big reason why this mod exists
If you want to delay audio for certain amounts of time you can just edit audio so it has empty beginning
@quick hamlet why does the radarbeep__grey have a stroke when it gets into pitbull range then fixes itself
honestly the coloured beeps are in need of afull rework as they are not the most reliable although arh missiles do constantly ping the aircraft so the transition may be throwing it off

smart rwr is done for now i just need to fix LOCK SHOOT and calling cards then GAS is getting better custom feature support and a proper alarm fix

hi just, do you know by anychance if the name for the jet afterburner/engine sounds changed since the last update? The mod still works for me but for some reason the GAS engine&afterburner sounds for both normal jets and revoker were replaced with vanilla since then
this is an issue that im looking into although i think it may be a vanilla issue
