using the same igg account, you can create multiple IDs I think. usually the first account you have is linked to your device, so you'd log in with any other login method and that'll give you a new account

In addition to making another account on the ID, you can find the account creation date in the hero tab under the "!" button on Liam. This works for any account before just recently when they stopped giving people Liam on day 1

But there really isn't a need to delete accounts unless you already have 10 on an ID and want to use that ID still.

Most sure way is definitely to play around strong garrisons in each outpost.
If you can hold 3 outposts all game, you can pretty much win no matter what else happens.
If you're outmatched on field, dont even go for vials, but try to stack 1 side for a zombie buff. The buff gives your whole team combat stats that stack

i was f2p first month, second i spent $20, third $40, fourth $80, fifth $160 and then about $200-$400 per month through next 7 months.. Then once I felt i was at a level i can sustain, the spending dropped to $100, so overall the spend ended around $3k for 20 months, you arent going to spend exactly the same $ every month, some months have special events where you can 3PLE down for value and double up etc, and some are just sustain months where you are spending bare minimum.. keep in mind most of the gold is at 100% return where you are getting 100% return on weekly + monthly + daily packs + alliance funded gold for being r4 which is around 1000 gold a week + 25% average return from paypal purchase coupons + the gold from selling guns/equipment on the black market
