Oh I’ve explained it once before. The portion of my salary for entertainment expenses is budgeted on the game and I don’t spend more than that specific amount every month. In other words- from what I have as change- DLS is too expensive.

You know how we have the pacific rim event… it would be nice if they had a yearly calendar that shows when main events like that are scheduled for ahead of time. It would give people a chance to spend on events they actually feel passionate about.

Open shop, have category for each type of pack and be sorted and then make a category for subscription packs and give us a buy all for x % reduced price etc.

I’m convinced the connectivity issues on the game are based on too much traffic on a single server.

How is it that my connection was green the whole day and as soon as the war started suddenly I was challenged with issues.

Can you invest in more servers and stop blaming our network providers for things that are your problem.

In defense of the "blaming the network provider" : There are several providers which do actually fail to connect to several servers which include the DLS ones from time to time. That is just for the regional connectivity issues, the actual server lag is definitely just not having enough server capacity.

From my personal experience I dont think i ever DC just from being in a big war, only if i spam press too often during war, then I get kicked and reloaded, probably to block ddoss or something

I assume during big wars, people make a lot of really fast repeated clicks and the server gets a response ping for each click, so it blocks or restarts someones connection if they notice too much clicks in short time.

Remove car and hero showcase from in game profiles and add a more comprehensive and accurate information page about someone.
For example 1 part could be old gear, the next could be strongest hero armaments and the other one could be vehicles etc.

Give a proper list of achievements or something.

It would make the page much more interesting and useful to check people out and decide on allies or enemies.

Maybe let people write a small Status bubble on their profile.

You'd almost never get rank 1, not without 2x that, and getting it once isn't enough to raise your tier enough to open good stuff anyways.
As someone who entered this new system with thousands of ammos saved up from the PREVIOUS system, that I carefully used to try and maintain a good enough rank over time so one day I could try and place high in a good league- not worth anything. Unless you buy ammo, you were never getting anything useful it was a bait

That said, they explained pretty clearly what would happen- I spent mine because I knew I'd get more out of the phase reward box things than the shop because I was bottom league

I progress from silver to gold2 by only doing mystery treasure(150 ammo + milestone rewards from lethal outbrek) and tresure hunt (150 hammers + milestone rewards from grand revival). In gold rank is actually around 200 hammers/ammo enough for top10 and top20 everytime.

I upgraded my superb arnament from those 2 events.

It was bad event for non spenders, but it was good grinding for low spenders, because you could actually get passive ammo/hammers by doing totally different events.

My intentions was never to upper my Rank. I just wanted more Goldcoins per Ammo. And when you use more ammo you get L+ gear. Sometimes you are in a lucky list and rank 1 is possible. Like with stehlen sometimes you get Rank 1 with 1500, but most of the time it is 2000k - 4000k.

the only way to get anything worth buying though is by being a higher rank in the first place. That's why i say it's impossible to sustain without at least some decent spending.
You can get more gold coins sure, but then still can only buy speedups and rss with them, or purple polymer if you stay a bit higher rank

I had 1400 hammers and 1400 ammo when the two last events started. I saved all hammers and spent all ammo. It gave me rank 1 with the ammo and it ranked me up to the tier where I could buy superb arms with gold coins and legendary arms with silver coins. I was pretty happy with the result but I understand not everyone was this lucky. The removal of the events cause a lot of frustration with people I know

For me it's not a big loss of anything because either you were new enough that you didn't have enough ammo to mean anything, or you were saving from long enough that you could. And f2p didn't really lose access to anything that was valubale and accessible on a reasonable timescale

I do really like this game and I want to play more of it, but in the current state its like this:

Come on, press accept for minutes and use energy in 1min, then resend farms and go off.
During war time have combat for 10 minutes times X RSS farmed and then turn off.

I would love a really nice pve mode with semi endless scaling content etc.

Something like BG or WW, just by myself, roguelike style. Not tied to a small amount of energy and stuff.

I would play this game much longer.

Give us some events that are 100% f2p, purely based on skill.

People who have gathered and stored every item in the game for months longer than youve even been playing the game in every tc. Not only are you competing with 300m+ whales but also A DOZEN FARM ACCOUNTS for every one of them that has similarly high might and items in the bags. Its blatant stupidity in regards to even THINKING a new player would enjoy this.

This isnt even taking into account that most players cant play for 5 hours a day to get every objective completed and new players are not going to have any idea what theyre doing for months because the game itself DOES NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING ABOUT THE GAME ITSELF that is RELEVANT to new players being COMPETITIVE/RELEVANT.

I have spent total of around $100 over 769 days playing so I can say i am 'almost f2p' - 130M might, 2 troop types t6 .... give me pvp: me alone vs alliace of 80 t3 (i doubt they would have alliance tech to be able to house more players) and lets see their reaction...

Yes matchmaking needs to be fixed (everyone here kows that, devs know our feelings - it's devs concious decission to heve it this way, to serve everyone as food to the whales

and in current matchmaking ... it would be enough for me to create alliance with 40 farm accounts and i can get 'matched' with that 80x t3 alliance

in current scenario even t4 is sometimes discouraged from participating in pvp (only as filler to rally when generally winning - otherwise tower garrison filled with t4 would just fall when facing t5+ rally and those are not so uncommon). This happens in lowest brackets thanks to crazy matchmaking and just 5-6 accounts having t5 unlocked required to get 1.5M rally. One being specialised to lead the rally by focusing their heroes and hones and if your garrison cannot respond with the same strength you will fall ... its just a matter of time - keep refilling tower and lose 20x more troops than they are or just port back to safe spot and accept defeat.

There are many ways to fix it. They could create a pvp event where players are put in teams based on might with nothing to do with alliance. Maybe give 100% troop deaths returned. An event that teaches the new players how to pvp without cost of 4 year old accounts griefing them. Matchmaking can be fixed easily. The decision is between a gamestate that is inviting to new money/players or one that is not.

Yes, there's a ton of things ranging from very simple to a bit complicated they could do to improve it, and incentivize teams of similar sized players instead of apex whales hiding throughout a bunch of small teams, but it's 100% a lack of will.
This is by design, years of criticism on deaf ears has made that clear

I still think pompeii should be like water war where all troops are X tier, just a flat conversion of whatever you have becomes 1 troop tier for the duration.
And keep armaments and workshop differences but cap or taper them on a scale.

Just have ONE mode where people can use skill instead of wallets with a more even competitive playing field. Just let people all have a taste of a good brawl. See how many more spend money once they see how fun that can be

Several versions ago, the update resulted in the Beast Fragment choice popup being broken and displaying all beasts at one, regardless of the checkboxes selected.

You then released a fix for it in the next update and it worked correctly.

Today you've released another fix for some unspecified bugs and the same popup is broken in exactly the same way, causing me to select the wrong fragments.

I have been saying this for a while, and you are right, it has only got worse.

The gap between spenders and f2p is constantly growing, as a spender myself I cannot keep up with everything that is being thrown at me anymore so have decided to stop spending, as have all of the spenders in my alliance.

Will IGG notice this drop in income? No, but if they do they will just throw out more "deals" to try and harvest more of our income.

Honestly if it wasn't for the friends I have made through this game and the fun that can be had with them I would've dropped this game long ago... it is really sad to see how little they care for their player base

Totally hear you, and you’re definitely not the only one. I know quite a few others - spenders and mid-spenders - who’ve hit the same wall and decided to stop. The gap is just ridiculous, and it’s hard to justify spending when the game play value keeps dropping.

What’s really keeping the game alive at this point is the people. The friends, the alliance bonds - that’s the heart of it. Sad indeed to see how little IGG seems to care about that.

With Battle Center level 15 I can send 840k troops on a hivemind or some other zombies.

you get someone to bring the bots to your alliance so they're basically just auto helping all 30 helps, yes you can set them up yourself but not everyone wants to - can (without a PC)

might just be a thing of convinence so you pay someone to do it for you

and if they ban thousands of accounts from one seller yes that seller can just make them again but probably puts a fork in the road, not to mention puts alliances relying on it in the dark for so and so long maybe making buying them less reliable (just a guess) but be what I think they're trying to do

Worst part is the healing issue only happened because they added vehicles and made them op.
No one could keep hospital down without bots and instead of fixing the issue they just ban bots

But the gold doesn't suddenly pop up from thin air. It is only obtainable through PURCHASING game packages and such. So where's the loss? IGG is insanely greedy, let's be honest.

This should give a clear idea to IGG about the struggles and lack of balance almost all players of this game have, specially of this complete lack of healing support if you will.

The healing aspect of the game needs a makeover.

hence hurting their profits, you can say well wouldnt they already be losing money because the gold vault in general, and thats probably yes but how its distributed is different not to mention it being flipped for another buck just means thats gold that a whale would've bought themselves but buying from a 2nd hand

Instead of banning bots, create a feature allowing accounts to automatically hit help when afk. It unlocks as part of super monthly pass or radar pass. This generates money for IGG and prevents others from profiting from your work. It also creates a more fair playing environment and allows MORE fighting which is what we are all here for. It also makes RSS the true limiting factor which will boost the auto-gatherer purchases for IGG. Its a win for everyone.

Delta updates on the PC version to reduce the download size every other week from 2GB +.

A setting allowing "Request login every time", creating the ability to launch another instance without logging out an existing instance, while still not making every monoshelter log in every time, being faced with the numbers.

A way to cancel troop movement on PC like the "Tap screen with another finger to cancel operation."

A fix to the Beast Base filter not showing beasts it should. (see pics)
