Here is my feedback on update 1.39 for what its worth. Real Buggy, overwhelming, and too much. The devs are making the game a job with all the clicking and constant barrage of new and not much improved updates. I don't see new players falling for all this work, its a chore and especially to phone players. I received nothing but negative feed back from my alliance and I like many others are seeing more people drop out of the game. Please tone down so many new and convoluted buggy updated features. I get it you are in the business to make money and I am not begrudging it one iota. But please for the sake of those that do spend. Stop the needy pushy nonsense.

I made the mistake to spend $200 to purchase 2 of those only to find out they are completely flawed!
More than 3 weeks already Customer support is actively refusing the problem

Long story short you are forced to use the Ace Survivors with that many queues as their level provides
You can't run them as per your wish and needs, You can't run more than 1 of those survivors at once

Example:
You have 5 squads
4 are gathering or doing something
You wish to send the 5th to say auto hunt zombies. Well, you can't. When you open the settings screen their system auto fills the unlocked queue
slots with random squads with no option to remove it. You can only run it if you have atleast 2 free available squads so the system doesn't prefill anything

Now the sweetest part! If you pay more and upgrade the survivors to provide 5 queues each you are totally doomed!
You can't use them both at once no matter what! Thats because each of them requires you to have 5 available squads to be able to run.
Thats not what you paid hundreds of dollars for lol

Example:
You have 5 squads
You wish to send 3 to auto hunt zombies and 2 to auto rally - YOU CANT

You have 5 squads
You wish to send 2 to auto hunt zombies, 2 to gather, 1 to auto rally - YOU CANT

FAIR WARNING TO EVERYONE - DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THE ACE SURVIVORS

I made the mistake to spend $200 to purchase 2 of those only to find out they are completely flawed!
More than 3 weeks already Customer support is actively refusing the problem

Long story short you are forced to use the Ace Survivors with that many queues as their level provides
You can't run them as per your wish and needs, You can't run more than 1 of those survivors at once

Example:
You have 5 squads
4 are gathering or doing something
You wish to send the 5th to say auto hunt zombies. Well, you can't. When you open the settings screen their system auto fills the unlocked queue
slots with random squads with no option to remove it. You can only run it if you have atleast 2 free available squads so the system doesn't prefill anything

Now the sweetest part! If you pay more and upgrade the survivors to provide 5 queues each you are totally doomed!
You can't use them both at once no matter what! Thats because each of them requires you to have 5 available squads to be able to run.
Thats not what you paid hundreds of dollars for lol

You have 5 squads
You wish to send 3 to auto hunt zombies and 2 to auto rally - YOU CANT

You have 5 squads
You wish to send 2 to auto hunt zombies, 2 to gather, 1 to auto rally - YOU CANT

I know it's a bit of a cause for concern, as her Legendary Frags are not available anywhere within Game if she was previously Maxed and Awakened as an Elite Hero. Although there's an Event where you collect 26 Legendary Frags through the completion of various tasks. Definitely not Enough to Fully Max and Awaken the Legendary Version, so it would make sense that this particular Event Reoccurs for the Benefit of Commanders both Old And Especially New to the Game. Hopefully the Developers have taken this into Consideration.
And I'm not sure why they would place the New Legendary Hero and Equipments Etc. Within a Link, where only Real Money Spenders may be the only ones who can Acquire Jack Bronte and Equipments, Materials Etc. While the New Beasts are Available within the Actual Game, Supposedly. Saw them within the Beast Interface but haven't seen a Frag available anywhere within that section of the Game as yet.

Oh that's typical of this game and these events- you can usually unlock the hero by playing, but getting the equipment, vehicle, and skins will all be exceptionally expensive. Hundreds of dollars of rolling bad probability tables for a small chance to get what you need, not even a guarantee.

After Claiming, your Existing Elite Frags will be Converted to Legendary. That way we are all happy again. It doesn’t make sense to have old hero’s on the same slots as new hero’s.

In conclusion: when you sit in your meetings recognize that as you create new products you automatically put others on the shelf and then have a plan on how you can make your shelved items retain some value.

The 40 member limit is killing the game. Alliances should be able to fight despite member numbers. The addition of new servers also adds to the problem cause in the long term it becomes more difficult to retain members or recruit new members.

I also believe that Fearless and Elite Warzones should get the same rewards as Apex Warzone. Again purely for the purpose of distributing might equally and allowing players to grow at the same rate. It’s okay to rank alliance might but it’s not okay to discriminate against alliances because they have less might. The game currently keeps us all in the same place and limits growth to money spent.

I’d like the best players in Elite and Fearless Warzone to earn the same rewards also due to the fact that the top 20 players play their asses off and spend just as much money in wars. They also face heavy losses. It doesn’t make sense to cap their potential.

Trying to read these things have always been a struggle with poor formatting, but now each turn is like a novel. You'd need to spend hours comparing each second of battle to get useful info now.
Try to read a chasey felix vs chasey felix report. The amount of passives, conditional triggers, duration skills- it's an absolute disaster. Please add clarity to these.

Adapt AR to allow an ownership for city 7 between allies, without outside interference from enemy legions. In order for the game to be more engaging. Players who participate in current negotiations tactics are finished by the time the main fight arrives. Worse they lose troops before gate 6 opens up for city 8 ownership.
