Hello, I would like to appeal the ban on my colleague’s account. During an RP event, a voice modification software (Voicemod) was launched, which triggered the anti-exploit system. However, the account owner was not the one using the software – another person was playing on his secondary account at that time.

We fully respect the rules and condemn cheating, but in this case the ban was applied to the wrong person. My colleague has invested both time and money in your game, and we kindly ask you to review the situation so he can return to playing fairly with us.
