Consider adding a special item or method that allows players to rob the bank without triggering the alarm, if possible.

I don't know if this would be possible but, to prevent inappropriate drawings, use a recognise patterns kind of system. Also, allow users to see who drew it and to report it or not if it's inappropriate. It'd be a nice addition to the game in my opinion. You could have some default colours of paint, and then a Custom Spraypaint Colours gamepass for around 149 Robux where you can choose your own colour.

Mein Vorschlag: Kriminelle können in den Wohnkomplexen illegale Aktivitäten starten – z. B. Waffenlager, Geiselnahme oder das Lagern von Beute. Diese Aktionen bringen hohe Belohnungen, sind aber riskant.

Alarm-System:
Startet ein Krimineller eine illegale Aktivität, wird das SEK sofort benachrichtigt.
Normale Polizei kann ebenfalls im Einsatz erscheinen, um Fluchtwege abzusperren.

Ablauf:
Krimineller startet Aktivität in der Wohnung (Timer läuft).
SEK und Polizei werden sofort alarmiert und können sich zum Einsatzort begeben.
Polizei sperrt den Bereich ab.
SEK rückt mit Spezialausrüstung (Rammbock) an und stürmt die Wohnung, neutralisiert Kriminelle, rettet Geiseln oder beschlagnahmt Beweise.
Schaffen es die Kriminellen, bis zum Ablauf des Timers unentdeckt zu bleiben oder zu entkommen, erhalten sie die volle Belohnung. Werden sie gefasst, verlieren sie alles.

Geiselnahme-Mechanik mit Lösegeld:
Bei einer Geiselnahme fordert der Kriminelle Lösegeld, das aus einer NPC-Staatskasse gezahlt wird, um Fairness zu gewährleisten.
Ein Timer (5–12 Minuten) läuft, in dem Polizei/SEK reagieren müssen.
Wird das Lösegeld gezahlt, lässt der Kriminelle die Geisel frei und kassiert die Belohnung. Danach kann die SEK ihn noch festnehmen (Fluchtphase).
Wird das Lösegeld nicht gezahlt und der Timer läuft ab, wird die Geisel eliminiert. Das SEK verliert XP/Geld für den Einsatzfehler, und der Kriminelle bekommt eine kleine Entschädigung (z. B. 30% der Maximalsumme).

Vorteile:
SEK bekommt eigene, exklusive und taktische Einsätze, die es von der normalen Polizei abheben.

For the TUNING GARAGE it’s very annoying that the car gets stuck there instead of disappearing into a menu. For example, ERLC handled this really well basically, you can’t enter the repair shop when a cop is nearby, and once inside, you’re in a GUI where you can’t be arrested. Just saying, it’s very frustrating in Emergency Hamburg because you can easily be arrested, making it hard to repair your car without getting caught, especially by cops who camp nearby. Please add this feature so you can’t be arrested while in the TUNING GARAGE, or have it switch to a GUI like ERLC did.

Make it that the ADAC can run red lights when they have thier yellow warning lights on.
Bow you May br wondering why?
Well beceause i see a lot that a car needs a tow on or almost on a crossroad with traffic light, when we have the car on the flatbed and we want to drive away from the intersection with traffic lights and the light from where we enterd is red at that moment we wil get a fine and lose CP point this is verry anoying as most of the time you forget from witch side you enterd, ofcourse we are only allowed to run red lights with our yellow warning lights on, we cant use them to avoid a speeding ticket.

This feature would especialy be good for RP since its FRP if we drive back to the light we came from, but we get fined with losing CP points and an in-game money fine.

🇬🇧 I suggest that In the tuning shop have a mechanic role in private servers which is toggleable by the admins rather than just instantl repairing. The mechanics could start their shift in the extra room on left and right. This would significantly benifit RP and make it more enjoyable. The mechanics could also do the upgrades replacing engines and spoilers, now because this may take some time the mechanic could give a loan car (the same as what they are upgrading but base model) and then the car owner would be given a notification when the car is ready, they can either pick it up from a parking space at the tuner's or they could get it from the dealership.

Another addition at the tuner shop could be a car wash at the canopy at the back of all the parking, with this car wash there would of course need to be a reason for the car wash which could be after driving off road the car slowly gets muddy therefore the car wash would clean off this mud.

If, inside each apartment building, you add something like 20 apartments, all identical, with an office to buy an apartment. You then go to an unoccupied apartment, and claim it. 1st one is an pickup truck that goes abt 210 km/h and only can tow cars

Update the weapons system. Whenever I use weapons they feel unrealiable as they take a long time to toggle, aim and then another second to shoot. There is a massive delay. There have been countless times where I have died with an MP5 against a guy with a glock just because he was already aiming and I wasn't. I would like to propose a rework to the trucking company, as it has been a long time since anything new has happened for it. There should be a spawner to spawn in prime movers and body trucks, then another separate one for trailers. You then have to get in your truck, and back up to the trailer, get out and press a button on the hitch to connect it. Some trailers then also have a hitch on the back, allowing you to connect a dolly and another trailer, or you could use an A trailer to make a B double. Then, to incentivize having a larger truck, you will now be paid by how much freight your truck holds. Like in real life though, there should be a length limit, and if you exceed this the police can book you. This length limit is lower in the city area, however, which means you may sometimes have to drop a trailer out of town, deliver the other trailer, and drive back to your other trailer, switch, and deliver that. This process reflects real life trucking, at least where I live.

I suggest adding an exclusive job for administrators in private servers. It would not be available for normal players, only for owners and staff.

Damage immunity: admins would not take any kind of damage while handling problems.

Emergency calls: inside the emergency call menu, there would be a special section only for admins. Players could report serious issues (bugs, abuse, blocking), and the admin could teleport directly to the situation.

Own menu: a different icon/job to clearly show when an admin is in staff mode.

Together with our Polish Emergency Hamburg community, we came up with an idea that we believe could add a lot of immersion and new opportunities to the game. The idea is to introduce a feature similar to Twitter/X inside Hamburg Emergency.

Why this could be a great addition:
1. More immersion – players could communicate as if in real life, posting short messages, announcements, or even live updates from ongoing operations.
2. New gameplay opportunities – for example, community-driven events, roleplay in the style of “social media,” or quick information shared by factions or individual players.
3. More activity on servers – instead of only interacting in person, players could follow a “news feed,” which would naturally create more scenarios and roleplay.
4. Community creativity – players could come up with their own ideas for how to use this feature (e.g. virtual advertisements, satirical posts, city news updates).
5. Stronger international integration – such a system could bring together players from different countries, making RP more dynamic and connected.

In short – the Polish Emergency Hamburg community kindly asks you to consider this idea. We strongly believe that adding such a feature would not only increase the quality of RP, but also bring more life to the servers and give players something fresh, unique, and engaging.

Its for sure fun to fight against a criminal who can get basically god mode because their cop-friend handcuffed them which we cant do anything about right? Maybe the developers get onto one of the public servers & try to play as a cop, surely it'll refresh your view on how teaming sucks.

1. Once in handcuffs they may only be detained or transfered to another cop, criminals may release fellow criminals.

Es sollte ein Fahrzeug wie der S400 Guard ins Spiel integriert werden. Dieses Auto ist serienmäßig gepanzert und könnte besonders in Schutz- und Sicherheits-RP-Szenarien verwendet werden. Wenn diese Fahrzeuge sowohl für zivile als auch für SEK-Einheiten verfügbar wären, wäre das sehr vorteilhaft. Zudem wäre es großartig, wenn man an diesen Fahrzeugen Flaggen anbringen könnte – das würde das RP-Erlebnis noch intensiver machen.

Ein weiterer Wunsch von mir ist, dass mehr Waffen hinzugefügt werden. Obwohl ich den Civil-Gamepass besitze, habe ich nur eine eingeschränkte Auswahl an Waffen. Wenn mehr Waffen verfügbar wären, würde das den Spielspaß deutlich steigern. Beispiele für geeignete Waffen wären:

In echt würden diese dann Warnjacken tragen und ihren Rucksack nur bedingt anhaben. Dann könnte man wie früher auch wieder den Schriftzug Notarzt/Rettungsdienst auf dem Rücken sehen.
Ich glaube dass dies ein gutes Feature wäre für die Bekleidungs Option oben rechts.
Entweder Jacke equipped/unequipped und Rucksack equipped/unequipped. Das wäre auch fürs RP sehr schön.

In reality, they would wear high-visibility jackets and only wear their backpacks under some circumstances. Then you could also see the "Emergency Doctor/Rescue Service" logo on the back again, like before.
I think this would be a good feature for the clothing option in the top right corner.

Hello developers, I have a suggestion that could improve realism and roleplay in Emergency Hamburg:

1. Vehicle Trunks (Storage System)

Players can open the trunk and store items such as tools, cones, food, tires, first aid kits, or even equipment and weapons (depending on the role).

This would add a new layer of realism, especially for police, fire, and ambulance roleplay.

2. Lightbar / Siren Control

Option to remove or deactivate the roof lightbar while still using only the inside lights.

Possibility to keep the lightbar visible on top but turned off (dark mode), for more realistic undercover situations.

These features would give players more freedom and improve immersion in roleplay scenarios. It would also make Emergency Hamburg stand out as one of the most realistic emergency games on Roblox.

Killlogs
Ein System, das aufzeichnet, wer wen getötet hat und wann, würde die Übersicht deutlich verbessern. Damit könnten Admins Situationen besser nachvollziehen, Regelbrüche einfacher erkennen und im Streitfall Beweise haben.

Admin-Features (Unsichtbar & Spectate)
Es wäre sehr praktisch, wenn Admins die Möglichkeit hätten, sich unsichtbar zu machen und im Spectator-Modus zuzusehen. So könnten sie unauffällig Spieler beobachten, ohne das Spielgeschehen direkt zu beeinflussen.

Ingame Ticket-System
