Hey sorry I was in school, for animations you have to have certain requirements like for certain dunk packages you need a specific dunk rating, to find those go to your animations which are found under the myplayer tab and then go to animation store, hope this helps

In NBA 2K23 on Switch my son is looking (as an example) to use Zion Williamson in freestyle mode, but it’s only allowing the use of the player listed first McCollum. a little tip, don't even jump for most rebounds. jumping often, from my experience, can lead to totally missing the ball. if you box out or are just under the rim you have a better chance. if you have to jump wait til you're sure the ball is coming near your dude

The advantage that 7'2" - 7'3" over 7'1" has in the paint needs to be fixed!!!!!! Massive block and rebound disparity. If 7'1" has 99 rebound and 81 vertical then a 7'2"+ with 93 rebound and 60 vertical shouldn't be getting rebound over the top or spoiling dunk/layup by just standing with arms raised!! I'd disagree here, at least on non-user steals. When it comes to certain CPU players, steals are way too prevalent, to the point where you literally cannot move without getting ripped. Even a simple hesitation to set things up, and it's gone. This can be dealt with offline, but online for the purposes of the 5 v. 5 modes (i.e. one player controlling all 5 players), it needs to be changed somehow, since the user will be controlling the center miles away from the play and the CPU will come up with free points for them by virtue of being OP. Steals definitely need to be looked at, at least from a CPU perspective. I don't necessarily disagree that in a user v. user situation, they're alright, but the CPU gets far too many.

I've seen this in my Eras save as well. I played a game against Doug Christie, and with default sliders, he had like 5 or 6 steals within about 5 minutes. It was to the point where you simply couldn't set anything up against him. I know some of the best steals artists in the NBA can get a lot of rips if you're not careful, but I'm not convinced that a simple Hesitation set up, or even just normal dribbling in the half court, can be considered "not careful."

When I brought those sliders to about the 30s, steals numbers seemed a bit more normal, but at the same time, we can't honestly sit here and say that they're perfectly fine in all situations.

Does anyone know why my dribble animations in game don’t work and reset to the default animations even though I have my own animations I bought activated. I have 86 ball handle and want to use way better dribble animations but I’m stuck using the basic animations every has when they create a new build because of what I think is a bug. All my other animations work like dunks etc but my player’s dribble animations don’t seem to change. It says in my animation screen I have them activated but I’n game they don’t work, nor in my court etc. 2k support told me to come here

He my name is meez I’ve been trying to make the pg-13 replica build. I’ve reached out to 2K support and they say I should be able to make the build if it’s in the game.
