A lot of scammers and cheaters permeate this game. I’ve been playing mynba player lock and it’s a better experience than the MyCareer experience

Say what you want about Madden, but when I play online I barely encounter a cheater, just people exploiting playbooks with plays that are hard to defend against

I’m sure there is some cheating but nothing ea ain’t fixing a lot quicker than 2K

2K needs to be held to account for this inflation in cheaters. The only problem is that we can’t sue and public outcry ain’t working.

I’m going to assume that 2K’s dev team, or at least the part responsible for dealing with cheating, has been pulled away to work on GTA 6

Yeah maybe it's not Ronnie specifically that needs to fix the game but the fact that there hasn't been a significant gameplay update since October is pretty disappointing for a game that's supposed to be around for the entire year

Especially when there are so many prevalent and irritating bugs/gameplay issues that are just not being fixed. And that's not even getting into how bad the cheating problem has gotten

I could be here for an hour talking about all the issues but just some that I can think of off the top of my head

• clean blocks that are called fouls
• "Dynamic" dunk meter only shrinking the green window, but never expanding it if you get away from the defender at any point during the animation
• blocking fouls being called for standard, good defense
• hook shots have a tiny green window, even with high stats and badges, especially compared to other open shots, making them pointless to take in many scenerios where it would otherwise make sense
• AI contest defense is just nonexistant because contests this year basically require jumping, and the AI almost never jumps to contest a jumpshot
• Dashboarding in the proving grounds is still not punished (not a gameplay change, but still)
• You can dribble the ball into people and rarely get punished, which makes crabbing people OP (the reason why Devin Booker Breakdown Combo is so widely used)
  etc etc
