It’s important to hit the ground running with a crew. It’s even more important to having a max (50/50) occupancy crew because that’s more exp (passive) you and your crew will be earning , thus getting you those cap breakers and badge +1s quicker.

To maximize crew exp and earn as much as efficiently possible, you have to play with the people in your crew. Joining a crew then not playing with your crew and only your homeboys defeats the purpose. Bring them into your crew if anything.

With all that being said, my goal is to *IMMEDIATELY hit the ground running with a full, 50/50 crew, of players who want to grind.
