Watch a bunch of different content on Youtube. It might not all be stuff that you wanna try to recreate in your own games, but it can at least give you an idea of the general builds that are common, what animations people use, and you can use this information to determine what kinda build you wanna be playing on, what sorts of animations would work best for your build, how to do certain moves that get you open, etc
Also, consider that, when you see content creators, or high level players, doing things in the game, it's not always easily replicatable for the average person. They have practiced and played for years to learn how to do some of these things consistently, and it will take a similar amount of incredible time and practice if you wanna really get good at things outside of open 3s and open lanes to the hoop
