Its very hard and takes a ton of practice. The tutorials are pretty solid for the most part imo. Just need to sit there for hours and practice imo. The key is perfecting ur dribble moves first then learning it.

Which game mode are you experiencing it the most?
If its any of the online game modes (Rec, Park, ProAM, etc.), but not in your MyCareer games its most likely an ISP issue you're having.

I recommend making sure you don't have a ton of people on the internet in your house to start. Streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, etc), take up a ton of bandwidth on your ISP causing your gameplay on 2k to lag more often.
If thats not the case I recommend upgrading your internet to the gig (sounds like you dont have that currently)
Theres not much u can do aside from those two things if its your internet thats causing you to lag (which is most likely the case). There aren't any 2k settings or ps4 settings you can change to help.

Lagging on other games doesn't always tell the story. I honestly have experienced a ton of lag in the Park compared to the REC though if I'm being honest. I'm sorry though, I can't assist with this one.
