- Become a starter
- Get 120k fans (can finish it up in the playoffs)
- Sim to playoffs, play the all-star stuff if you wish
- Play playoffs and make sure you get finals MVP however you can. If you get up by 25 points anytime after halftime you can "ask out and sim to end" in the pause menu and still earn your VC. Do that in the playoffs but not the finals to speed things up.
- You'll get offered a max contract for your second season.
