Im 14 5 foot 8 and I can touch the rim on a 10 ft ring. Is that good? I have trained my vertical for a long time now there is way taller people on my team and I still get the rebound every time. Reckon I could dunk when im older and keep on training?

My defence is pretty good i.can stop lots of players from actually driving to the rim and force them to travel or pass it off
