+5 on ball handle
+2 on speed with ball

and then the +5 on Perim obviously to really be a lockdown, but it's not neccessary for it to just be a decent build

For 5s go 6'11 or 7'0 and aim for around 75 spd/65 agil, higher is cool too. Prioritize dreb unless you're 90+ in both oreb and dreb.

87-93 pass acc, 84-93 block, 74-82 interior, 60 steal, 78+ 3pt, 81-90 standing dunk, 92+ on one reb, and 83-88 vert are all marks you want to hit. Fill in the rest how you like.

Strength is subjective how you value it, normally I go for 72 just to unlock brick wall. You can go higher if you want or ignore it if you don't care.

Not particularly, there's so many ways to flex that position but it often ends up being some kind of 6'8 or 6'9 back end type build. Max speed 6'10s and 6'11s can work too.

This is my 6'8, I have a lot of caps though.

That's definitely a do it all type that can run point if needed. Could drop playmaking or something to define your role more.
