Just like Shaggy just needed an overall kill power nerf instead of removing his combos. They could’ve just added a late hit to air up special so it didn’t kill off the top, nerfed sair so it doesn’t kill at 60 near ledge, nerfed rage specials so they don’t do an absurd 25 damage and instead do a more reasonable 15-20, and then have him more whiff on jab 1

I'd make it so Hand_Cannon is base kit.
Single-shots, sweet spots at the tip, his bullets can now go to 0 and have the gun not fire in that case (He'd still do side/down special jumps and movements, but he'd just make a click noise)

It's a lot more satisfying and skill-based to land shots that way since you only get 1 bullet to fire at a time rather than a volley of 3

devs can tweak the power around single shots easier imo

I love the Spoon taunt so much, I picked it up because it was on a 60% sale and got it alongside Cyber Smith for only 700 Gleamium

Seeing him dance all the bent spoons around his body while saying something cocky like "Seems like someone needs to touch grass." is insanely comedic to me even if it is a tad out of character, I love it so much.
