After that it’s gonna be 50/50 on either option

So I tried to post on reddit 3 times but everytime it just automod removes my post How does Jason deal against Jack?

How do you fight against Jack as a Jason main? his side Y takes up 70% of a landed area. he gets multiple hits, the hitbox on the charge X is bigger than it should be, and his sliding spin on the ground whatever attack has a hitbox so big that I get hit and there is a NOTICIBLE GAP OF AIR when it hits me regardless if I hit a button or not.

Whats the counterplay here? It all seems about the first hit. If I can get a side attack combo started obviously but how do you approach him. charging grey health with his Y seems fine but one attack negates that, he can spend 0,2 seconds to charge side y so exploding your Y special doesnt do anything..he can dodge out of the side Y special or down x stomp if you try to chain it to not a basic side X combo. What is his weakness? How should I approach this matchup because it seems like 9-1 , Jason being the 1 in that matchup in FG terms.

You need to vary your options once you know what someone is looking for

Also, you can jump to get out of teleport faster

Teleport into jump will immediately cancel the teleport so you can move fast once you’ve teleported
