i think my biggest criticism i have with the game is the fact you need to buy characters. dont get me wrong so far it's been super easy to play the game for a few days, get event rewards, and then buy a character you like but it definitely turns people away immediately

i get that it's the main way they can monetize the game since it's free to play but i'd rather have to pay 20 bucks to play the game and get everyone and then have cosmetics be paid

I don't have any better suggestions for how everything should be reworked for monetization, but...

Well in the original game the kunai actually hit like a truck. Maybe the kunai can have special hitsun properties for comboing, and that would make that's flammable doc perk not useless on Jason.

Probably the kunai can slow a little bit the enemy like the ice debuff. Since the knife is used for slowing survivors.

Or introduce a new mechanic called bleed.

They could accomplish all of that by making his down-tilt a more reliable combo extender.
As is it's easy to DI it's follow ups unless it's the first move you hit.

I would say that would be great. It should work like T & J where he'll have to reclaim it and can be broken or lost. That said, would be pretty neat if it 'grabbed' the people it hit and stunned them for a second or a second in a half.

I don't think he threw a kunai before. My memory is terrible with that. He has for sure thrown his machete, an oak tree, a throwing knife, and set bear traps so I think it'd be much better to have him throw a sharpened piece of wood or a throwing knife. Still though, would be much cooler for it to be a hatchet,

I think it'd be a little odd but maybe instead of a projectile he would instead activate his rage reduced by half? I think he is excellent in throwing but I don't fully envision him an aerial expert. They're cool ideas though.
