Actually! I'd argue rocket mouse is very useful without Jerry. The way it goes at an angle opposed to it being controlled with Jerry can be used as a good way to cover someone in the air on the ground.

Personally from my experience against Steven my best tactic is to play smart and not let Steven get you into a trap with his dumb shield or up air you to death. Also if he spawns his watermelon minion I usually target that guy above all else while making sure Steven doesn't kill me.

Honestly Steven is probably one of the more tricky characters to fight against but if you can read and predict him you'll be fine.
