It’s honestly used kinda in a juggling matter. The goal with confetti is to try to get someone as high as you can for either the perk to kill them for you or for you to deliver a finishing blow once they’re up good enough.

i hv no clue if u mean 2s or 1s, assuming 2s bc of purest of motivations, but generally dont run that one, i;d say still run snowball, and the other 2 could be left, though the strong could be swapped around a little, but as for sig, confetti in 2s rlly depends on ur teammate, so if they dont want it, then glove or 5% is always an option

As far as harley goes, your sair 1 -> sair 2 -> sair 3 is your bread and butter.

throwing bomb up is always a good idea.

dont become overly reliant on nair, if you spam it you become predictable.

Combo into slide, dont use it to engage unless absolutely save.

Oh, actually, jump throw down walk on it a lil can get u self stuck which is always nice, and u could pull an iblis, wait till its about to explode and only engage then, and slide combos is not something you should do because of the nerfs, i think some characters still get hit by it, but its better to just do jab 1-3 utilt or neutral attack, or jab 1-2 iad sair

but usually, you'll land a sair in which case you sair - uptilt - sair - upb/upair

can also do things like sair/ jab - jab - sair into bomb attach, then reading what they do next

generally tho, you get uptilt and get to reading their life

eh, it's situational. it comes out much quicker following a side special at least, comes in handy sometimes but it's definitely her weakest move. you can leave it up in the air and knock somebody into it, or use the normal up aerial to pop a balloon to make it slowly fall down towards the stage so it doesn't float out of range

As a main Harley since beta let me tell you: Harley SUCKS now. Absolute garbage since shields are a thing and the stupid mechanic that is suppossed to get u "unstucked" is buggy af and only screws out ur combos for no reason. Disgusting.

But ngl that stuff looks pretty similar to Velma’s death combo with jab jab book to book to up air which is only guaranteed on bad DI

But I mean, no one plays Gizmo anyway. One of the least common characters I’ve seen

And characters like Rick having a death combo off of polymorph jab while retaining better neutral and better general combos than most characters is way more relevant imo

Shields nerf Shaggy pretty badly and he doesn’t have a good way to deal with them

But like he’s still Shaggy so he still basically has a move list of exclusively kill moves

He’s still good, but he doesn’t have loops or death combos or anything like a lot of other characters

Also, they destroyed jab 2 with the hitbox adjustment and jab 2 now whiffs randomly like 50% of the time against half the cast

Or 90% of the time if you play Arya

as someone who plays a lot of tourneys, in comp shaggy is top 10 no debate because his kit is just so good and simple

But like as people get better, Shaggy is just going to get worse

Because that’s how things tend to pan out with simple characters

They become linear and predictable as more and more people know the matchup

He’s really only carried by yolo random kill move and dash attack being a really good burst option

they took away a lot of things from her kit and she didn't benefit much out of it
