Good question. There was an official list of all the Italian voice actors on the website and indeed all the characters revealed before the alpha have their current voice actors.

Only exception is with the DC heroes: Harley Quinn is going to be voiced by Chiara Francese (that is also going to voice her in the new Suicide Squad videogame), while the other heroes have their DCAU voices rather than the newer ones (Batman is Marco Balzarotti in both cases, but Superman and Wonder Woman will be respectively Patrizio Prata and Cinzia Massironi like in the old Justice League cartoon and not Alberto Angrisano and Roberta De Roberto as in everything from Young Justice onwards). I guess this was done to avoid having Alberto Angrisano voice both Superman and Jake the Dog.

Also the trailer had Martina Tamburello as the voice of Arya Stark rather than her official voice Sara Labidi (which was listed in the pre-closed alpha version of the website), but it's unknown if this was a temporary thing or not. So, the Italian cast that has already been confirmed is this:

I'm a TO in my area that runs a decently sized local (roughly 30 attendees every week) for another platform fighter. Afaik, you had to have gained access through an official channel (i.e. signed up for alpha and they added you, or a friend invited you). If you were given a key directly for steam, or bought one, then you won't get the early access immediately.
