At certain points in the fight, Joker doesn't hit the hurtbox of some of the smaller characters. And sometimes when I try to hit Tom, he just doesn't hit. I earned the Pumpkin Spice Ringout (along with other Halloween items) during the 2022 scoob-tober twitch stream. Back then, twitch glitched and didn't add those items to my inventory, so WB support added them manually to my account (I have a screenshot proving this happened). However, today, I do not have Pumpkin Spice, and when I contacted WB support, they have said there is nothing they can do, and have repeatedly closed my ticket or ignored me all together. When y'all relaunched the game, you Player First Games, promised we would get to keep ALL of our cosmetics. I am a Player and so far, I have not been put First. I am not asking for lost Gleamium without proof. I am not asking for legendary items that I never had. When a top tier sub character is in bronze and you lose to them, you lose a lot of points.
This is really ridiculous.
The top tier should start higher with different characters.

I don't know if this is the place for this but it won't let me claim my battle pass rewards

The game says I'm 86/2,000 XP away from tier 22 but I'm at tier 40 and it won't let me claim the tier 40 reward the holy night sword ringout because the game is registering as if I'm still in tier 21 somehow.

When I go to buy tiers the latest tier reward it shows me is the harley badge from tier 23 also even though I'm in tier 40 like I said and have claimed all reward up until tier 39 & bought tiers up until tier 30 as a matter of fact last night.

I will note that the harley badge tier reward that displays total damage dealt that's the reward for tier 23 is the only reward from my battle pass up until tier 40 that isn't greyed out as if it's been claimed somehow even though it's showing up in my inventory.

Despite this visual bug the holy night sword doesn't show up in my inventory despite how many times I try to claim it from my battle pass as it's ready to claim.

I had no problems buying tiers or with the battle pass in general last season and was able to claim everything just fine but this time around it seems like it won't let me claim anything past tier 39 as it won't let me claim the tier 40 reward (the game's registering as if I'm still at tier 21 somehow from what I can tell looking at my XP bar on the battle pass page, very frustrating stuff).

it is not included with the first one, it is 2 separate battlepasses. Now are shorter and dont include the newest character, but you still get more gleamium than what they cost (if you finish it).

In that case, I feel like this battle pass change makes the pass not even worth it anymore. The items cost more per item (800 for 45 instead of 1000 for 80), and it doesn’t include Raven (the entire reason I mindlessly bought the pass)

Plus, the extra gleamium is 50 more than you spend from what I remember. So you aren’t even really making any gleamium off of the grind.

Am I just missing something? I don’t mean to just be negative, as I wanted to get back into the game. But it just feels less rewarding across the board from what I can see, even when you spend money.

my problem and the reason i say it feels unrewarding is when it comes to the event, as it gives very few skins, or anything really, as well as how bad implemented the fighter road is, as it is not really welcoming for new players. Gameplay wise is better tho, still a bit funky with hitboxes and balancing but its fixable

i believe you are mistaken, but I wont argue. I believe for the other ones it was at least 900 in the BP from 1-80 then extra 50 every few levels after that. the BP costing 900 for premium and extra (like 1200?) for premium +10 levels up

regardless my glem has been going positive while getting every premium pass and random announcer packs here and there (I am f2p). This is why I believe it gave enough or more than enough, you just need to not spend glem on a bunch of stuff

Since October 10th, when my game started lagging because of the server, I haven't been able to have a good experience in PvP. The fourth season has already passed, the last patch has just been released, and the server is still horrible. How many more patches and seasons will it take for me to be able to play this game without any lag in PvP matches? Change finn moveset back to his original and stop nerfing finn to the ground he is not even as cheesy as 99% of the roster, you still allow harley to spam her SAIR you allow shaggy to spam his side special allow Samurai jack to spam his side special as well, all these cheesy characters and you nerf the most honest character , it doesnt make sense , finn is fine post taking away his NAIR move that follows but he can barely kill anyone unless he uses bmo and ive been using finn since the beta and it makes no sense why you buff batman and give him a 2 hit dash attack but 99% of the time finn dash attack gets stopped by everyones moves , please revert fins combos back this is crazy and is a major reason why this game is dying and the player base is dimming. we need a real balance to this game & not nerfing the honest characters
