allegedly they have their opt out for data collection hidden pretty deep in their fine print. this isn't technically wrong, just scummy. the issue they have is the link to the opt out site that they hid has been broken for days, meaning there is no way to opt out of their data collection. this is a serious no-no in many countries especially in the EU. not sure if the link is still broken as of now, but the damage has been done

PFG has 80 employees, I wouldn't call that necessarily small, I have personal experience in the video games industry with small and medium sized companies. I would expect pfg's level of work from a team of less than 10 with less than 10 years of combined experience between the lot, not 80 employees with easily over 150 years combined experience.

PFG has also had over a year of time (being paid full time for over a year and with full access to WB's pocketbook) to do absolutely nothing other than to focus on fixing the issues/improving upon this game. I greatly appreciate your optimism as we need more of that in the world. but again, knowing a little bit about this and other industries, that is simply not an excuse. every single company is made up of people, and those people sometimes go through issues. it doesn't mean that every company has this lack of communication, incredible volume of issues, this amount of a grace period, in this case over an entire year, etc etc. they are a statistical outlier in how bad this is going.

any other company in their situation would be held to a certain standard. I am not trying to raise the standard for this game, just hold it to objective account.

PFG has 82 full time employees listed on linkedin. this doesn't account for any part time work, or outside contract work which is INCREDIBLY common and widely used in this industry, easily tripling that number or more at times. do you think its feasible that all 82 employees and countless part time and contract workers all had personal issues for over a year, at the same time WB games didnt shut down the project and we never heard about any of it on social media? i would've been fired if I acted this way at work.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, i really do. and so many other companies in the industry handle things differently. not every video game company for example has the same level of communication with their players. this level of comms or lack thereof really reflects in public perception. even a useless daily tweet of "we are actively working on all these issues please be patient." it wouldn't cost them anything, wouldnt be overplaying their hand or over promising anything.

You can do that by right clicking MultiVersus in your library and pressing Properties

Multiverses had a big problem. Very freqently, mvs crashes and freezes, bringing up the ue5 crash window. However, this usually only happends when I go against real players or certian pve fights. I can go up against real players (based on their usernames and spamming the same moves or strats/combos), but after a couple of pvp matches, I crash. This hurts all the more because this sometimes makes me unable to matchmake for a couple of hours. The good thing is that sometimes I go a whole session of mvs without any crashes :). Btw i have a xbox series x and 70% of the time it gets stuck on syncing user data or smth, but when it connects, it never crashes. Hardware issue for my laptop? idk

I could not claim my daily log-in welcome back reward tonight. I played on PC via Steam. After clicking once and being stuck with a loading icon, I tried clicking it again after entering another tab and reentering. It said reward claim had failed.

I tried changing the type of match I wanted to play from 2V2 to 1V1 and it loaded for a while.

I tried to Enter Rifts, and I got disconnected and kicked back to the title screen after about a minute, and the game would not respond to my inputs and I had to End Task via task manager.

I hope this is not a me-specific issue, but will this be addressed?

Quick question. I got one of those red notifications (like the ones you get when you complete a mission or lvl up) next to my fighter currency and I can't figure out how to clear it.

the event has ended thats why it says "claim" and not "open" like the other events. its only there for people to claim rewards that they already earned

Been playing with a friend and the Big Boss level on Crushing difficulty (where you shoot down the Joker with cannons) in the MultiVersal Mayhem Rift, and when Joker's health gets halfway down, the match desynchronizes. We literally cannot complete the Node.

Apparently it's already ended and you can only claim any rewards that haven't been claimed yet. At least from what I can tell.
