Well, on Friday I received a notice that my account name would be banned, so I had to change the name. I changed it to "leshiuga" but when I try to enter Multiversus, on the loading screen, pressing a button shows me: connection lost | you have lost connection to the internet

Hey guys im havin hardware(?) issues I think. Im a long-time smash player and im tryna pick up MV but im gettin rly rly bad, consistent auto-turnarounds and my control-stick regions are super inconsistent. I was first playing with a switch procon and it was rly bad, like I couldnt throw out a side B in training mode at all. I switched to a ds4, and its like 50% better, but still in any given match ill get like 3 different moves throughout the game when im just trying to like fsmash or whatever. I am having an issue with the achievements at the moment and its really bugging me. For some reason its not calculating my wins in a party. I have almost 1k games in duo all of them with my brother. He has the achievement for the 500 party wins but i dont. Does any one know of a fix or what I could do ?

an assist is when you damage an opponent and your teammate throw him off after you damage(don't know how much time after). the challenge means you need 4 assists in a match since you need to eliminate your opponents 4 times in a 2v2
