I wanted to grind in this game before I decided if I wanted to spend money on the founder's pack or not. I got to tier 11 on the battle pass and decided to pay for the deluxe founder's pack. I go to the battle pass to buy it, and I'm prompted to use a "Battle Pass Token" and I try to look for an option to pay for this one with Gleamium instead. I didn't find it, so I decided to get it with my token. I claimed my rewards up to tier 11 but when I go into my character select, none of my battle pass items are there. When I check the battle pass again, it says I never even used my battle pass token, even though all rewards are "unlocked," so I restarted my game and I apparently never bought the battle pass, so I've been running in circles of "buying" the battle pass. So I had a new idea. "Buy" the battle pass, then level it up and it should register. I leveled it up to tier 12, and I got my Road to Arkham banner, but I never got my 10 toasts, nor did I get any of the previous rewards for the Battle Pass. It all seems hopeless. Maybe I have to wait for the Open Beta update? Please tell me if there is any kind of fix for this, because I really want the Battle Pass!

I had this issue when I was trying to download the PS4 version instead of PS5 as my P5 was messing up (I fixed it) so it's definitely an issue of not letting you select the right version to download.

The one that I have been talking to just keeps telling me the same thing that "Not all progress from the Closed Alpha Test will carry over into the Beta. The only things that will carry over are Alpha Taz and the Alpha banner."
This is the 3rd time they have told me this, ignoring the fact that I am saying that the issue is that my Banner and Icon have NOT carried over from the Closed Alpha, and after day 1 of the Beta it disappeared from my inventory. I have told them multiple times already that it vanished from my inventory, and I did infact unlock it during the Closed Alpha but they just keep repeating the same thing that "Only the Banner and Icon should carry over" like I don't already know that
