Mostly there are a ton of issues where player 1 isn't treated as just the same as the other player slots (bigger HUD which is an unfair advantage, different color even if put on a team, impossible to drop from the game which makes controller shuffles in groups really, really hard for no reason). There are other weird issues too like if you have team 1 play against team 3, team 3's kills won't display on the main HUD (because it's hard locked to only display team 1 and team 2 even if one of those teams doesn't exist).

Please add an offline mode. The game being always online guarantees the game will be unplayable when Warner Bros decides to pull the plug. The beta had an offline mode, but it strangely disappeared during this full release. I know this has probably already been pointed out before, but stop giving players missions (both regular and rift node missions) that are literally impossible without a purchase, take for example, last week i had the mission to hit joker's side special 7 times, but i didn't have joker unlocked. Having missions that require players to make purchases in order to complete them is horrible design.

There are other instances of this in the game as well, some rift nodes require you to have not just specific characters unlocked in order to play them but certain variants as well, this was partially remedied in the first rift node of Jason VS Multiversus where finn (who you have to play as) is unlocked for free but only for that node, this is great implementation and i have no idea why something like this isn't added for all of the other rift nodes that need you to play a certain character/variant.

I as a player of this free to play game should not feel forced to put in any more money than i'd like in order to progress. Until i am able to progress without feeling forced to put in more money, i will not be purchasing any of the in-game transactions.

Iron giant being able to easily juggle with no real way of countering now people would say to dodge/parry

but parry is inconsistent

ive parried more times accidently then on purpose

I REALLY hope you guys are gonna gut some of these characters, man. A common theme I've noticed with these broken characters is that they have unlimited options with every action they take with ZERO window for punishment. There's also characters, like Velma, that have their neutral consist of spamming the same move because the rest of their kit is not viable for the matchup. Try opening into Joker as Velma, do not smile.

Something that isn't really being mentioned a whole lot is how much better some Signature Perks are than others. Again, going back to Velma, you pretty much are forced to run the generic 5% perk because 3 gray health is laughable and the Mystery Machine doesn't function properly on platforms anyways to justify taking the extra clue. Meanwhile, Batman gets to apply 3 stacks of weakened with Batarang. That is unbelievably strong compared to the options a bunch of mid-to-low tiers have.

The most infuriating characters in this game have the most disjointed hitboxes imaginable, and their gameplan mostly revolves around abusing these giant disjoints to gain an upperhand. Finn, who is an okay character, has devolved into just spamming this ground forward attack because that thing reaches halfway across the stage. In fact, a lot of characters' best moves are their "jab," because it seems that the power of their kit is shifted primarily into that rather than the character overall. This applies to good AND bad characters.

You've turned Harley Quinn from a semi-difficult combo character to full-on autopilot. Bugs Bunny dealing around 50% from one combo with safe is awful. Black Adam being able to chase you around the stage while still in hitstun regardless of DI LOL.

Wonder Woman. That character is the epitome of everything bad in the game right now.

I could care less about the physics or speed. Regardless of whether or not THAT gets addressed, it's the fighters that are gonna determine the state of the game going forward. I'm sick of running into the Exodia characters every match. If I, by complete chance, did NOT feel like queueing as one of said Exodia characters, my options are inherently limited and my enjoyment of the game dwindles.

I don't even think Velma is that bad, per se. She does have some setups and excels in punishing if you can predict your opponent. But you could be an actual psychic and still not find an opening into the broken characters.

Her grounded up special is the worst move in the game, though. What is that thing.

90% of my matches is just these five. I have yet to fight against a Garnet, Reindog, Stripe, and I feel like I'm the only person playing Velma in my region.

I think the worst fighter in Multiversus right now is probably Jason or Marvin.

Jason gets bullied every game and Marvin's cooldowns are a century long.

Marvin is an assassin that doesn't chase his opponent.

And Jason has the problem of his hurtboxes being too far from his body to really confirm anything.

We've found that the Rifts are intended to serve a player within a 3 level range for their Equip Gems.

So, the Lv. 4 required difficulty is expecting the level of both your and your second player's Equip Gems in a range 4 to 6.

We've noticed when you hit the level above the range, you tend to be Overpowered even as a Single player. So, the range requirements seem to be on point. What's not on point is the XP growth.

This 5th rift feels rushed in tbh they need to stop releasing rifts weekly. In the first five matches I found the cpus names as not as the characters but as the bot generated names from local battles & they give us a 4 minute timer on a target test.

Like the early ones have Experienced but not Insanity, and these newer ones don't have Experienced but they do have Insanity.

Idk. The Agent Smith Event doesn't end til sometime next month. Some of the rift difficulty levels say they unlock on July 10, at which point there will be enough bosses available to get Agent Smith provided your gems are leveled high enough.

There's going to be 8 rifts, Agent Smith is earned at 20 bosses, should be doable for most people since you can get up to 24 without touching Looney at all

Finishing the event though and getting the Matrix Agent Smith skin is going to be a huge pain since it requires you to complete 6 looney rifts
