• You can't do a 3 player versus, says that it requires a fourth controller

• You can't use other game modes without necessarily having 4 controllers (2v2 can't be a 2vCPU, but you can do that on online, again...why?).
  -- (This one is just nitpicking, but If I can choose skins that I don't own on "The lab", then why can't I do the same for the other offline mode AKA the local multiplayer mode).

I understand that it was punishable but the fact that it killed at 60 incredibly consistently when most characters don't kill till 110-ish was not only poorly balanced but was also incredibly unfun and toxic because there was no reason not to mash it. Another thought, nerf superman, for one his kill potential is so high compared to someone like wonder woman, who has little kill potential, you can't side dodge in or even get close to him with characters that have no projectiles, along with his armor moves are just ridiculous ontop of his already insane combo with just a side hit. Here's some feedback.... I want to give you guys money but things are just way too expensive right now. I've given money to plenty of FTP games like Fortnite, MTGA, HotS, CSGO, Rocket League and others. You need an entry/beginner bundle for like $5-$10. Tony said that perks will be in ranked mode. That would be the wrong decision for the longevity of this game. Ranked should be the cleanest, fairest possible form of the game for people to truly have a solid competition.

In Unranked? While I find perks to be pseudo p2w (it’s obviously not as bad as many games, but those who pay can definitely save more gold to buy perks) it makes sense in a f2p title. It isn’t even being directly monetized, so while I personally dislike them it definitely won’t kill the game to have that system in unranked.

For ranked, however, any unfair advantage can make the game struggle more than it should. Competitive players bring in the majority of viewers, and having an avenue for pure gameplay (without any out-of-game advantage) would do this game wonders. Whether or not you agree that perks are fun, they are anti-competitive in practice and should NOT be included in the ranked mode.

So I have a couple big complaints about the game
(I know this is currently only a beta)

1. Too overpowered characters
   There are characters that at the base game, freshly starting out, are already significantly more powerful, makes the game not fun when paired against a team with those characters (example, iron giant), because it's absolutely unfair, and makes me personally want to play the game less (can't speak for others)
2. Broken characters
   Finn is a very broken character and can sometimes for me make the character movement in my game speed up after lagging behind for a few seconds
   This is also a thing that for me makes the game feel unplayable with others because of how common it is for people to use him to get the upper hand and win cause of this issue
   Those are my two main issues
   I really enjoy the idea of the game and think it could be great, but certain things right now make the experience not enjoyable

Been enjoying the game quite a bit, think it's on the right track but I'd like to share my thoughts here if it's alright.

I believe the game is absolutely fantastic when it comes to how streamlined it is at getting people from the title screen to a match. Quickplay is very easy and smooth. With that said, there's a issue with disabling crossplay. Matches will match you up with players from other platforms regardless of the toggle, and then disconnect game 2 abruptly because it detects a player from another platform.

Trophy's E.D.G.E 2 could use some genuine overhaul. The layout makes starting the match a bit of a awkward shuffle. Because one team has to commit and jump to the other side over a pit, there's always a massive initial hesitance for either team to approach. While some team compositions make this easier, it often feels like the team to initiate a approach is often having to play a riskier game.

Cosmetic pricing is somewhat confusing, There's various rarities assigned to paid cosmetics and I'm not entirely sure what they're meant to be indicative of. What justifies one costume being 2000 gems while another is 500? Is it additional voice lines? Licensing? Level of effort it took from the team? It's incredibly unclear at first glance and certainly came as a surprise when a skin such as Superman One Million had a filter effect.

Coming from other games like this, I play plenty of Brawlhalla (Diamond, 1000 hrs played), and smash bros (casual with friends maybe 200 hrs), and neither of those games have the amount of inconsistencies with character force and punishment. It feels like specific characters do not have "recovery" phases after attacking. or landing with an attack, for example. You can use batman's ground pound and land on the ground without any frames of down time to side attacking or anything. It feels like charcaters should have a more consistent punish opportunities for clear spam/misplay.
