Marvin could really use a bit of buffs. Just stay on him and keep hitting him. ALL of his moves have a lag before they do anything, and you can easily combo him into oblivion without a single atttack being fired off

From the unique perks its up to you, i use the dynamite but the base one of 5% on attack and defense is very good too
Not sure about the fishing rod one, recovery isnt the easiest for TnJ but i dont see it needed

Btw, the dynamite one make you only have 1 before it needs to recharge, instead of 3

So if you like to use that move a lot it wont be good, but if you dont use it too much the triple one can be good

For the other perks, the fire one is a must (from the first perk slot)

And for the third one im using the electricity one but its not too necesary, as it needs you to be grounded a lot to use it

Well, Harley's kit is based a lot around juggling the opponent and she is good at ringing out off the top.
