poor character choices even though they had the greenlight for a ton of iconic characters, poor balancing decisions fun wise (instead of nerfing the combos they just removed all the skill from certain characters) they focused too much on gimmicks instead of the main gamemode(ranked) they added shields even though the whole community agreed they didn't want it (they pushed the update anyways and it cut 50% of the playerbase) also in top 100 only like 5 characters existed and it wasn't fun getting 0 to death from power puff girls over and over XD also jason could camp egde of the map all game and he wins all 50/50s which are basically 0/100s ALSO i had like 400 hours on joker alone and they gutted ALL his combos for cheap true combos that were not fun and were only stomping noobs

also don't get me started on velma and iron giant

these 2 characters kept going from F tier to S tier all the time

also match ups were so bad that it felt like rock paper scissors

iron giant cannot play against a joker at all and joker cannot play against power puff girls at all

joker's melee whiffs on them cuz they are too short sometimes

the only fun you could have at the last 3 months of the game was customs with shields disabled XD

He was playing BATMAN too. Might be the single easiest character to beat Van with. Batarang sends it off-screen, dash attack or slide wrecks it, batclaw can one-shot it with the perk and right circumstances, the divekick just BEATS it outright... unbelievable tbh.

The guy actually took it back later, but THAT didn't go viral. And the devs listened to his first impression rather than the latter. Very unfortunate tbh.
