I'm just curious as to what changed after Sony did some moving around. How's that a bad comparison Phoe? Majority of the fans were OG Sonic fans (I don't count Boom). They knew what Sonic was supposed to look like in terms of movies. If you count games, they bashed Sonic 06 so hard, it forced a fan to remake it and did it better than Sega could. This happened again after Sonic Mania dropped, except Sega hired fans. If Sony follows suit (implying they pick up MV) they can bring MV back.

S06 was solely an issue of bad management, like the team being split mid development. Complicated backstory.
Fans are always fixing games in a variety of game series - this ain't just a Sonic thing like the world continuously treats it as. And the fan(s) who redid S06 had all the time in the world to work on the game (which noone ever thinks about).
Sony failed with their own brand fighting game... a variety of racing games, and some live service games. They ain't saving sxxt.

Hey everybody, im looking to rip game characters and their variants to upload to moddersresource and sites like that, but im having trouble finding some textures for some variants. such as stevens s04/s05/s06 those being what i presume to be a Garnet-or-Amethyst Steven, a Pearl Steven,a Farmer Steven and a Sailor Steven (i presume this to be a Buddys Book Steven to go with Garnets version). Does anybody know how to get these textures / or already have them. I am using both fmodel and umodel.

During the last tournament that multiversus had, I made a harley quinn rage so hard that they started writing death threats towards bald man Tony, and then my last actual match before the shut down was making a different harley quinn ragequit in ranked, both as Batman. Perfect way to go out.

Like “multiversus” and the amount of collaborations and IP’s they could’ve gotten would’ve been so well

I first would’ve pulled the easier IP’s like Rwby characters and then move back to fan favorite characters. Obviously the “unknown” characters doesn’t cater to the community that doesn’t know them. If they continued adding modern cartoon characters and dc hero characters it would’ve been a peak game with a different combat system

it’s not even about the ip’s man. I don’t even miss the beta gameplay that much, but the SPIRIT in the beta, the LIFEBLOOD of the game was so vastly different than re release, and it just continued to feel worse and worse since time went on.

I gave up on the fact of this game becoming competitive, but I didn’t wanna lose hope on the vibe and atmosphere of the game. I was mistaken.

I can only praise the devs. I want to believe Tony was in the right state of mind, but unfortunately I’ve grown pessimistic. He had a great vision, and even though I never knew personally obviously, it’s hard to say without a shadow of a doubt he was a good manager for Multiversus

You don't even need to do what marvel rivals did, just do what brawlhalla does, where the game is free, but the in game monetization is incredibly fair, and if you want to unlock the roster, you don't even have to pay that much money as opposed to like 200

Hell, even the beta had that going on where you could buy the founder's pack or grind to get the characters which wasn't even that bad, and nobody had an issue with it
