I don't thing reworking the formula is a bad idea. I understand if it's not broken don't fix it but at the same time if they didn't change anything it wouldn't get better. I feel they've been trying to take steps in the right direction but I swear the only feedback I see is "game trash, you killed it, my opinion is right and anyone who disagrees is wrong" wasn't a fan of shields at first but it's grown on me alot. We didn't like the slow speed, they sped it up. I'd just like to see feedback thats not in the form of a tempertantrum

i have grown to appreciate shields, though they def need to improve how shieldbreakers interact with them since there are a lot of isntances where breaking the shield results in minimal damage and no sort of advantage. it really feels bad when you commit and read a shield with shieldbreak only for it to be too soon in the shield animation and not actually count as a shield break

i'm talking about when you land it. like when you use it well it still doesn't always pay off. especially when you play better players or on a stage with platforms, then even landing it can result in next to no advantage and makes it very easy to slip up; punishments. I think the shieldbreak should also drain like half a stamina bar since it's such a risky move it should give you more reward when you land it.

the timing for the coutner of the shield compared to shielding is way too incosistent and even when you do land it doesn't always pay off.. shieldbreaker needs more reward like draining the oppenents stamina when it lands

FFA is great as well but i dont want them to dilute the playerbase between too many gamemodes. also they should add items to non ranked game modes. on release there wasnt enough item variety but with every mage we get more and more items. and marcelenes mic should count so not just mages.
