Every pc game has hackers in it, dude. Even massive games, such as wow, there are tons of people hacking it. The difference between wow and multiversus or lol, is that Wow can detect those hackers without much effort, whereas Multiversus and League of Legends the only way to be detected is if someone is reporting you. I literally played a Lol account with an aim bot for over a year, and the dumb bad game didn't notice until I decided to push it over higher divisions where people actually had eyes to notice something wasn't right.

that's why i can't really deny on steam chart data, of course consoles have more players, but most of them are from EU and NA
for me, from asia, match up against EU and NA mostly will cause me get crashed and get penalty because of it
