That's not all folks is essentially useless unless you play someone with terrible recovery or like to waste your resources

Like Taz

Triple jump, aerial acrobat, and speed force are all top tier perks

Toon elasticity can sometimes keep you in a combo more which is very bad

Hit me if you're able, while very underrated, is debatably the best perk in the game

Collateral Damage is the best damage perk as it's the only 100% consistent one

Every other damage perk is a small percentage which let's you deal less than 1 extra damage per hit

Clear the air is very situational but great for dealing with Batman

Any damage % perk is just straight garbage

Including Last Stand

Especially last stand even

Ice to beat you is terrible now

The ice only works with heavy projectiles which very few characters can actually use and the ones that can use it aren't able to constantly use it

Slippery when feint is pretty trashy, you usually wanna aim for combos in 1s

So being able to dodge out is pointless when you could do it with hit me if you're able, which is objectively better

Coffeezilla is the second best cooldown perk behind the dodge one
