Most of his good kill confirms are charged attacks so you gotta put distance between opponent with side special and jabs. His up attack and up air are also good kill hits

I figured out why this games platforms feel bad. You don't snap to them at all

In NASB 2 you automatically snap to platforms when you dodge horizontally near them so you can wavedash without having to manually land on them

How so?

His combos were heavily reliant on ground bouncing. And the shield is much slower to activate now. I will say the fair was a necessary adjustment.

But with the new teching mechanic, it was a subtle nerf to him because his combos were more vertical than horizontal

But I'm a bit biased and I wanted to see what the really good Steven's think about him right now

his charge ( the one in the air where he charges and stretches his arms with an explosion) is very easy to hit in 2v2s which allows him to combo into either (i believe not totally sure on the inputs) it allow shim to combo it into down air if your still in the air or forward attack which both allow you to combo

True but that's teammate reliant. And with that combo, the nair (move you're talking about) causes a ground bounce. If we follow that with dair now, it give them the auto tech roll.

Even is I catch them under a shield, knocking them up into it will definitely give them the tech roll as they'll hit the ground twice. My main complaint is that they killed him main combos

he can spawn a water melon and his beam he can put down easily knocks out half the cast at 125+
then his forward air is fast and hits like a truck

all that and i havent even mentioned his shields lol

im not totally sure but i believe if ground bounce then i thought it was down (in the air) then up air either way the ground bounce is still combo able and i believe u can also fast fall right before releasing to end lower with the explosion

the main draw is that it lets your ring finger do more in games because now you can map A and W to things as well since they arent movement anymore

most games i tend to swap e and w and then i move sprinting/sliding to A instead of shift

i also have a hard time feeling for keys so any time im able to actively feel where im supposed to put my hands is a yes for me and F normally has that bump on it for that exact purpose

so i just feel for that on my index and then im good

ive had that issue as well in most of those i just map it to a mouse button since i have 2 on the side of mine

like i play lethal company right, theres a mod that reserves a slot for your flashlight i like to use but its naturally bound to F

you need to download another mod to change that but once i did it became the front one

theres a sister mod to that that does the exact same for the walkie talkie and thats bound to the back mouse button

if i didnt have the mouse buttons i guess id map it to g so its the same motion, just one key over for your index

it does take a decent amount of remapping because of how standardized wasd is (for good reason) but once you get something cooking it feels really good

there are some games i still kinda have issues with main one being phasmophobia because f is used to intentionally put things down instead of just dropping them and you cant remap that for some reason??? like ok lmfao

this level up mini-event is much harder if you've been playing longer. no more quick level ups to jump up the prize tiers, now they expect you to grind instead. wouldn't surprise me if we see less of these as the game progresses (though sadly, it also wouldn't surprise me to continue seeing them...)
