About 80 if it’s a normal map and you’re on the bottom floor

So, it's been a week now since I started playing Multiversus, and right now I really don't feel like I want to keep playing.
As much as I enjoyed the game at first, it quickly became frustrating when entering ranked mode, constantly facing much stronger players and feeling like it's impossible to make any progress.

As a new player, my impression is that the game overall feels very unpolished in many ways, and that's a bit disappointing.

There's a lot I could say about what I feel is wrong with this game, but I don't think it's worth bothering you with that—you've been playing longer than I have, so you're probably already aware of it all. I just wanted to vent and get my frustration off my chest after having to face yet another Master 2 player as a Bronze.

I don't think the game is beginners friendly, I don't think the learning curve is interesting, I don't think it's ready for competition, I don't think it's well-balanced, I think many aspects of the game feel very lazy, starting with characters skins. There are too many crashes, too many loading time that take forever.
I'm not having fun, so I think I should just leave and play something else.
Sorry for the complaining—I hope those who enjoy the game keep having fun. Have a good one.

If you get good at the timing parring the tornado is not too bad but that if they are mindless with it. they can bait out since they can control spin. Loss to a good taz that way earlier.

I wish the training mode was better with more options. would help in the long run for a lot of people. When i'm struggled against pre nerf Finn, i wish they gonna nerf or tune him down at least, but maybe it couldn't happen and i have to at least asking of advice and tips to counter Finn while i'm w8 for balance patch
I'm sure some people or especially Finn mains didn't want that happen

Finn was nerfed properly, still has all of the possibilities available, just doesn't have the no brain easy to use combo anymore.

Jack is nearly the same, only slightly slower, and can't hit you while you're behind him (but can still hit you if you as much as have your model in the same millimeter as his back). He still has insane reach with jab taking up 1/3 of the stage, multiple busted combo routes for both up/side/down knockouts etc.

I didn't have much of an issue with this last patch while I was playing WW who was a strong character already, but now when I'm climbing with BeetleJuice, who IMO is underpowered, a Jack matchup requires MUCH more work than other characters

marvin is fun and has interesting combos/strategy with his projectiles and flag. beetlejuice is interesting but slow for my tastes without the same power of jack, if you arent personally interested in playing as him already i would wait for his fighter price to go down to 3k fighter currency instead of 6k. velma still isnt in a good spot right now and lebron is really challenging (for me) to get a 'feel' for. stripe is probably the top pick here if im trying to be unbiased towards marvin, he just generally has a pretty strong and balanced kit right now in my opinion with cool options in his gun/dynamite.

of course they added the ability to play as characters you dont own in the 'training' game mode, so if you want to you can test them each out and see which playstyle you like the most.
