jab loops can be dodged out of. Character isn't broken because you can't dodge. Also killing early is his only thing. He has one of the lowest damage outputs in the game so of course he better make it up somehow. Has been statistically a bottom 8 character for awhile now

He racks up damage, but his main killing methods like third jab and rocket are all he really has, which take time and isn’t something that you can pop out like Shaggy’s uppercut. He can add damage, but not confirm anything that easily, to the point where I have gotten aryas to 160 sometimes and still not KOd.
