Don't know about Insanity, but you get BG as a partner now for Tom/Rein and Marvin/LeBron on Megalodog Looney.
It makes things a little bit easier since the AI isn't homing in on you at all times.

Ever played Mewtwo in Melee, and when you reflect a projectile it just goes through them? Well if an opponent dodges a projectile and you reflect it to attempt to hit them again with the same projectile, it will pass right through them doing nothing as Marvin. It stinks.

More often than not you need to wait for them to divert from BG, but they're light characters, so Jason's juggle kills them early.

Jason is my go-to for Looney in general. He's got a good juggle against the AI and his heavy weight and neutral special means you can survive much later.
I picked Wonder Woman whenever I found a challenge Jason heavily struggled against, usually when the nodes were projectile heavy.

You can use shaggy to cheese the bots, you need to special neutral in the top corner of the map, then side special on them, and repeat.

Use Morty, when reindog is doing dive move (jumps in air and is in a diving formation) be quick and get under to where he’s landing. Use Morty’s up special and you should kill him along with yourself. DO NOT GET OFF THE SHIP OR ELSE REINDOG WILL IMMEDIATELY GET OFF.

Joker was insanely stupid, had to rely on the two face coin gem and refresh the game till i got the 600% boost. Megalodog is completely unfair, managed to scrape by alone by spamming shaggys forward air and insantly dodging out of the way with the dodge distance gem. they couldnt punish the forward air with almost anything cept side special

in short, possible? yes. honestly for sanity's sake, find someone else to do it with cause it was one of the most tedious and unfun things ive ever done

Jake’s normal up too can be used a lot and ai’s will get stumped sometimes. The only way I was able to win using level 6 gems

The main issue with WW is the sheer amount of armour she gets in her moveset.
She gets it on her side special, dash attack, and down tilt, and her down special can give it to herself and a teammate.
Shield spam isn't nearly as effective as other spammable moves since it isn't really a kill move, but it effectively kills projectiles until you get around WW.
Even after the mid-season nerfs, she's clearly still a top contender and a headache to play against.

I always have a set in reserve when there's a Superman or WW in the match.
I run the dash attack armour break perk as my default anyway, since I usually use Stripe and he lacks an armour break move

i can't fully argue with it since we both have different experience matchup everyday
so far i haven't seen a lot of ww, but every time i see tank char from oppt, i'll pick anti armor perk set to counter it
I just need better on movement basic and read every char's pattern as much as i can

11d left iirc, you need to complete at least 2/3 rifts per day (like joker easy, joker experience and joker insanity = 3 rifts)
