IG just hits hard and is somewhat smart in its timings.

Techno Terror has 3 blocks to Cauldron: Space Jam, Friday the 13th, and Looney Tunes.
Currently, one of the Space Jam nodes needs a Looney Tunes fighter, so you'd need a Tune squad skin.
The patch is lowering the requirements, so You can just use LeBron for the Space Jam nodes and not miss out on the cauldron

I do agree scoob should be in the game next season (ppg, samurai jack, and scoob, however i do see marceline or aquaman first. i just dont know who will be a tank role.
