It even eats Bugs' horizontal rocket, when I read the perk I thought it must block the first projectile that hits you but no, you just turn invincible against projectiles

it does. the purple is a charge up. and fills up your "HaHa" bar. you can dodge cancel out of it to keep it. or if they hit you are charging you keep the charge. it also works with clacking teeth, (down special). you can hold to charge up your HaHa bar, dodge out to keep it. the charged air neutral (spray flower) is a little easier to hit charged up.

No, the grey health skill doesn't count; he loses it BEFORE the attack comes out, any attack can break it (not ust armor breaking moves) AND he takes damage for using it

Lots of end lag, slow for an assassin, skateboard only hits people who never learned how to breath through their mouth. Saw doesn't trade in projectiles it just goes away. Dynamite is bugged to not work with several perks, gun bugs out and fires random number of bullets with random number of actual hitboxes

He can definitely kill you off a dair into gun if you guess wrong on dodge, provided gun doesn't bug out
